Refunds Policy

  1. Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your Meebys purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The product must be unused, unopened and in a resaleable condition.
  2. Refund Process:  To initiate a return, please contact us at info@meebys.co.uk 
  3. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and a replacement will be sent to you.

  4. Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
